LA UAN ESTÁ PREPARANDO UN NUEVO PROGRAMA DE MAESTRÍA EN CRIMINOLOGÍA Y CONFLICTO

Esta innovadora maestría, actualmente en evaluación, será lanzada próximamente por la Facultad de Derecho de la UAN.

Hay tres aspectos clave que aportan frescura a la oferta educativa actual en esta materia. En primer lugar, el currículo tiene un componente enfocado en el conflicto con el que se busca dotar de herramientas a los estudiantes para comprenderlo y gestionarlo asertivamente acudiendo a vías no necesariamente punitivas a través del estudio de la justicia restaurativa, la teoría del conflicto y el conflicto territorial.
En segundo lugar, la maestría tendrá un énfasis de profundización en Criminología verde del sur con el que se busca comprender las problemáticas de la criminalidad verde y la construcción de conocimiento en temas ambientales desde las epistemologías del sur.
Finalmente, la maestría tendrá un énfasis de profundización en Crimen Transnacional Organizado en el que se aborda el crimen organizado transnacional desde la praxis y la investigación.

This innovative master’s degree, currently under evaluation, will be launched soon by the department of Law at the Antonio Nariño University

There are three key aspects that bring freshness to the current educational offers on this subject area.

Firstly, the master’s curriculum has a component focused on the conflict, which seeks to provide students with the necessary tools to understand and manage it assertively, without recurring to punitive ways. Issues such as restorative justice, theory of conflict and territorial conflict will be on the agenda of the new course.

This new master’s degree has an in-depth emphasis on Southern Green Criminology, which seeks to understand the problems of green crime and the construction of knowledge from the epistemologies of the South.

Finally, the program will also have a strong component dedicated to Transnational Organized Crime.
